Black And Green Olive Tapenade Recipe

Ingredients
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 c Creme fraeche or sour cream
  • 1 bn Fresh chives; minced
  • Butter; room temperature
  • 2 oz Golden caviar
  • 2 oz Black caviar
  • 8 sl French bread baguette;

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat broiler.
  • Step #2 Broil bread until one side is toasted, about 1 min.
  • Step #3 Spread second side with butter; Sprinkle top with freshly ground pepper.
  • Step #4 Broil bread until golden brown, about 2 mins.
  • Step #5 Spread creme fraîche over bread slices.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top chives in diagonal line across center of each.
  • Step #7 Spoon golden caviar on one side of chives, black on other side & then serve.
  • Step #8 Serves 2.
