Black Bean Chili Recipe

Ingredients
  • Half pkt stir-fry noodles
  • 2 Garlic cloves; sliced
  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 pk Stir-fry vegetables
  • 4 Salad onions; sliced thinly on the diagonal
  • 1 Jar Black Bean Stir-fry Sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Cook the noodles following the instructions on the packet.
  • Step #3 Set aside & keep warm.
  • Step #4 2.
  • Step #5 Meanwhile, cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
  • Step #6 Heat a nonstick wok or frying pan over high heat then add one tbsp of the black bean sauce & the garlic.
  • Step #7 Stir until sizzling, taking care not to let the garlic burn.
  • Step #8 3.
  • Step #9 Next add the chicken pieces & stir for about two mins.
  • Step #10 Mix the vegetables & stir for further four mins.
  • Step #11 4.
  • Step #12 Add the remainder of the black bean sauce to the wok or pan, with the cooked noodles.
  • Step #13 Reduce the heat & let simmer for one min.
  • Step #14 5.
  • Step #15 Put a serving on each plate, & garnish with sliced spring onions.
  • Step #16 Serve as soon as possible.
