Step #1 In the bowl of a food processor/blender fitted with a steel blade, mix the olives, garlic, anchovy fillets, rosemary, & pepper to a smooth paste.
Step #2 With the processor on, slowly add the olive oil until mixd, about 2 mins.
Step #3 Transfer the olive paste to a small bowl, & set aside.
Step #4 Makes about 1 1/4 c.
