Blackened Ahi With Soy-mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 284 ml Whipping cream;
  • Blackcurrants & whipped cream to decorate
  • 75 g Icing sugar; sifted
  • 3 tb Orange juice
  • 250 g Blackcurrants;

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Puree the blackcurrants & orange juice, then stir in the the icing sugar.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Whip the cream until fairly thick & fold into the blackcurrant mixture.
  • Step #5 3.
  • Step #6 Spoon the mixture into a 500g(1lb) loaf tin.
  • Step #7 Cover with clingfilm or foil & freeze until firm.
  • Step #8 4.
  • Step #9 Turn out onto a plate & decorate with blackcurrant & whipped cream before serving.
  • Step #10 Redcurrants or blackcurrants may be used in this recipe.
