Ingredients
  • 2 ts Baking powder
  • 3/4 ts Baking soda
  • 1/4 c Vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c All-purpose flour
  • 1 c 1% milk
  • 3/4 c Wheat berries
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 ts Honey

Directions

  • Step #2 In a mixer, mix whole wheat berries & milk.
  • Step #3 mix 5 mins until berries are finely cracked.
