Ingredients
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1/2 c Rice wine vinegar
  • 2 md Sized fresh blood oranges; Juice of

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small, mix the sugar, non-reactive saucepan, vinegar and orange juice & bring to a boil.
  • Step #2 cook this until reduced by 3/4, or the mixture has thickened like a syrup.
  • Step #3 remove this from the heat & pour the mixture into a glass bowl.
  • Step #4 Let cool completely.
