Blueberry And Amaretti Crumble Tart Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Spice uped bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
  • 1 Tablespooon yellow mustard
  • 1 Jar beef gravy;
  • 1/2 lb Fresh mushroom; sliced
  • 2 ts Horseradish
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Scallions; finely sliced
  • 1/2 c Water

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium bowl, bread crumbs, scallions, mix the ground beef, egg, & mustard; mix well.
  • Step #2 Shape into four 1/2-inch-thick oval patties.
  • Step #3 Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray & preheat over medium-high heat.
  • Step #4 Place the patties in the skillet & cook for 3 to 4 mins per side, or until no pink remains.
  • Step #5 Add the gravy, water, & mushrooms & cook for 4 to 5 mins, horseradish, or until the mushrooms are tender, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #6 NOTE: You can really make this your own by adding garlic, caraway seeds, or burger Spice uping mix to the meat mixture - or a splash of wine to the gravy.
  • Step #7 & for a truly all-American diner dish, serve it with mashed potatoes & peas.
