Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1 1/2 tb Dark brown sugar
  • 1 tb Dijon mustard
  • 2 tb Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 pt Fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 c sliced onions
  • 1 ts Olive oil
  • 1 Jalapeno; seeded & sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute the onions & jalapeno in olive oil over medium-high heat in a small saucepan until limp, 2 to 3 mins.
  • Step #2 Add the remaining ingredients & cook at a low boil for 15 mins, stirring often.
  • Step #3 Puree the sauce in a mixer or food processor/blender until smooth.
