Blueberry Gingerbread Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions
  • Step #1 (I live in Colorado & have to use frozen this time of year).
  • Step #2 Thaw out fruit & then process in the food processor/blender until it's almost liquid.
  • Step #3 It should have some consitency to it.
  • Step #4 Take the fruit & with a spatula spread the fruit over the fruit shield.
  • Step #5 Turn on your dehydrator, & when it becomes like "leather" it's done, usually about 6-8 hrs.
  • Step #6 I sometimes let my fruit go a little longer so that it becomes a bit harder then the roll-ups.
