Bourbon Balls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 300F ml Double cream;
  • 125 g Unsalted butter; cut into small pieces
  • 125 ml Bourbon;
  • 50 g Caster sugar;

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the sugar into the pan over a moderate heat & allow the sugar to caramelise.
  • Step #2 Pour in the cream slowly & reduce the heat, add the butter, stir constantly to ensure each piece of butter is incorporated into the sauce.
  • Step #3 Add the bourbon to taste & the roughly sliced, toasted pecans.
  • Step #4 Notes Serve the sauce with a steamed sponge pudding, chocolate brownie or an iced coffee parfait.
