Ingredients
  • 6 tb Chives; finely sliced
  • 2 Boursin cheese; 5-oz packages
  • 6 tb Parsley; finely sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook spaghetti or fettuccine & as soon as it is cooked & drained, dot the cheese on top of the pasta.
  • Step #2 Save a c of the pasta water.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top on the herbs & toss well until the cheese has melted and caoted all the pasta.
  • Step #4 thin if necessary with some of the pasta water.
  • Step #5 Serve as soon as possible.
