Ingredients
175 g Button mushrooms; sliced
4 sl First Choice middle bacon; cut into thin strips
2 tb Olive oil
Creme Fraiche or sour cream to serve;
1 Garlic clove; crushed
Salt & ground black pepper
4 Perfectoms; , each cut into 6 slices
1 ts Olive oil
2 ts Greggs dried oregano
1 Loaf cut into 8 chunky slices;
Directions
Step #1 Pre-heat the oven to 220 C.
Step #2 Mix the olive oil, garlic, & oregano & brush over the bread slices.
Step #3 Place onto a baking tray.
Step #4 top this with the tomato slices, Spice up & cook for 10 mins.
Step #5 Meanwhile, heat the 1 tsp olive oil in a saut? pan.
Step #6 Fry the bacon and mushrooms for 2 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
Step #7 Spice up lightly.
Step #8 Pile onto the tomato bruschetta, add a dollop of creme fraiche or sour cream & serve as soon as possible.
