Ingredients
  • 175 g Button mushrooms; sliced
  • 4 sl First Choice middle bacon; cut into thin strips
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • Creme Fraiche or sour cream to serve;
  • 1 Garlic clove; crushed
  • Salt & ground black pepper
  • 4 Perfectoms; , each cut into 6 slices
  • 1 ts Olive oil
  • 2 ts Greggs dried oregano
  • 1 Loaf cut into 8 chunky slices;

Directions
  • Step #1 Pre-heat the oven to 220 C.
  • Step #2 Mix the olive oil, garlic, & oregano & brush over the bread slices.
  • Step #3 Place onto a baking tray.
  • Step #4 top this with the tomato slices, Spice up & cook for 10 mins.
  • Step #5 Meanwhile, heat the 1 tsp olive oil in a saut? pan.
  • Step #6 Fry the bacon and mushrooms for 2 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #7 Spice up lightly.
  • Step #8 Pile onto the tomato bruschetta, add a dollop of creme fraiche or sour cream & serve as soon as possible.
