Broccoli-rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 1 Jar spaghetti sauce;
  • 1 c Shredded part-skim mozzarella
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • Broccoli; thawed & drained
  • 1/8 ts Red pepper sauce
  • 4 Uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
  • 1 c Part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 pk Frozen sliced;
  • Cheese;

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 350F.
  • Step #2 Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
  • Step #3 Cover noodles with cold water.
  • Step #4 Pour 1 c of the spaghetti sauce into ungreased square baking dish, 8 X 8 X 2 inches.
  • Step #5 Mix remaining ingredients.
  • Step #6 Drain noodles.
  • Step #7 Spread about 3/4 c of the cheese mixture to edges of each noodle.
  • Step #8 Roll up noodles.
  • Step #9 Place seam sides down on spaghetti sauce.
  • Step #10 Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over roll-ups.
  • Step #11 Cover & bake about 35 mins or until sauce is hot and bubbly.
  • Step #12 MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Prepare as directed above--except use square microwavable dish, 8 X 8 X 2 inches.
  • Step #13 Cover tightly & microwave on high 10 to 12 mins, rotating dish 1/2 turn every 4 mins, until hot & bubbly.
