Cranberry Gelatin Mold Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c sliced walnuts
  • 1 (6 oz) package lime flavored gelatin mix
  • 1 (6 oz) package cranberry flavored gelatin mix
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (16 oz) can whole cranberry sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Prepare cranberry gelatin according to directions.
  • Step #2 Pour into a 9x13 inch dish.
  • Step #3 Stir in cranberries.
  • Step #4 Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs or until set.
  • Step #5 Prepare lime gelatin according to directions.
  • Step #6 Allow to cool slightly, & then mix in cream cheese.
  • Step #7 Mix in pineapple.
  • Step #8 Slowly layer over cranberry gelatin.
  • Step #9 Allow to set for at least 4 hrs.
  • Step #10 Just before serving, spread on whipped topping & sprinkle with sliced walnuts.
