Broiled Salmon With Black Bean Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
  • Fresh bay leaves & thyme sprigs for garnish if desired
  • A; salmon fillet
  • Soy sauce for rubbing the salmon
  • Mustard Dill Sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat broiler.
  • Step #2 Rinse salmon & pat dry.
  • Step #3 Arrange salmon, skin side down, in a foil-lined jelly-roll pan & rub thoroughly with soy sauce.
  • Step #4 Spice up salmon with salt & pepper & broil about 4 inches from heat 12 to 15 mins, or until just cooked through.
  • Step #5 Transfer salmon to a platter & garnish with herbs.
  • Step #6 Serve salmon warm or at about room temp with mustard dill sauce.
