Burnt Apricot Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • Beaten egg
  • Rolled oats
  • Haggis
  • Tot of whisky
  • Cream
  • Flour
  • Skinned chicken supreme

Directions
  • Step #1 Make a small pocket in the chicken supreme & stuff with haggis.
  • Step #2 Fold the pocket to close the chicken parcel, then roll it in flour, egg & next coat it with rolled oats.
  • Step #3 Microwave to cook the chicken then deep fry to finish off.
  • Step #4 Whilst the chicken is cooking, make the sauce by adding the whisky a drop at a time to the cream & stirring well.
