Step #1 In workbowl of a food processor/blender mix yogurt, garlic, ginger and spices.
Step #2 Process until it forms a smooth paste.
Step #3 In a shallow glass baking dish pour yogurt marinade over lamb & turn several times to coat.
Step #4 Cover & put in the fridge at least 6 hrs & up to 48 hrs.
Step #5 Light a charcoal grill or preheat a stovetop grill until very hot.
Step #6 Add lamb & grill, 25 to 30 mins, or until an instant-reading thermometer registers 130 to 135 degrees for rare meat, 140 to 145 degrees for medium.
Step #7 Remove to a carving board, cover loosely with foil & let meat rest for 10 to 15 mins.
Step #8 Slice thinly to serve.
