  • 1 1/2 c Pecans - optional
  • 1 1/4 c Mashed pumpkin
  • 1/8 c Margarine; melted,
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 ts Vanilla extract
  • 3/16 c Honey;
  • 1/8 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Dark Karo syrup; , up to 2/3, up to

Directions
  • Step #1 If you don't use the nuts you can put in a bit more pumpkin.
  • Step #2 Mix all ingredients & turn into a pie shell.
  • Step #3 bake this at 375 F.
  • Step #4 for 1 hr or until firm.
