Cantaloupe Ice Pops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Ground ginger
  • 6 tb Lemon juice
  • 2 md Avocados; peeled, and
  • === SALAD ===
  • & cut into chunks
  • === DRESSING ===
  • 1/2 c Slivered; toasted almonds
  • 1 cn sliced hearts of palm -;
  • 1 Cantaloupe; seeded, peeled,
  • 1/2 ts White pepper
  • Cut into chunks
  • 2 tb Melted butter
  • 6 tb Lime juice
  • 1 Head Any type loose-leaf lettuce
  • 2 tb Lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 mix cantaloupe, avocado & hearts of palm in a bowl.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top with lemon juice, & put in the fridge for one hr.
  • Step #3 place this ingredients for dressing in a bowl, & whisk together.
  • Step #4 To toast almonds, drizzle with two tbsps melted butter, & bake this at 325F degrees for 15 mins.
  • Step #5 Tear lettuce into large, bite-size pieces, & line serving bowl.
  • Step #6 Spoon fruit into center.
  • Step #7 Pour dressing over fruit, & Sprinkle top with almonds.
