Ingredients
  • 1 Graham cracker pie crust; 9
  • 4 oz Cream cheese; softened
  • 1/2 c Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c Caramel ice cream topping
  • 8 oz Cool whipr; thawed
  • 1/4 c sliced pecans; toasted
  • 3/4 c Coconut; toasted

Directions
  • Step #1 Recipe by: Taste of Home magazine, 94/08-09 In a mixing bowl, blened cream cheese & milk; fold in the whipped topping Spread half into pie crust.
  • Step #2 Drizzle with half of the caramel topping.
  • Step #3 Combi coconut & pecans; Sprinkle top half over the caramel.
  • Step #4 Repeat layers.
  • Step #5 Chill or freeze until serving.
  • Step #6 Yield: 6-8 servings.
