Ingredients

1/2 c Whole-Wheat Flour
1/4 c Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1 ts Ground Cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground Cardamom
6 c Bartlett Pears; Peeled And Cut
6 tb Chilled Stick Margarine; Cut Into Pieces
Vanilla Frozen Yogurt; Optional
1/2 c Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1 c Quick-Cooking Oats
1/2 c Dried Cranberries

Directions

Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 375?.
Step #2 mix first 4 ingredients; cut in margarine with a pastry mixer or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Step #3 Set aside.
Step #4 mix pears, cranberries, 1/4 c brown sugar, and cardamom in a 13X9 inch baking dish; to ss well.
Step #5 Sprinkle top with oats mixture.
Step #6 bake this at 375? for 30 mins or until pears are tender.
