Caribbean Fish Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can sliced
  • Green chilies
  • 1 can mango Papaya nectar
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 1 can chicken
  • Drained
  • 1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Broth
  • 1 can corn,
  • 1 Green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 ts Ground ginger
  • 2 c Uncooked couscous
  • Rinsed
  • 1 can black beans,
  • 1/2 ts Ground allspice
  • Drained and
  • 2 tb Lime juice
  • 8 Cilantro sprigs

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, mix broth & nectar; bring to a boil.
  • Step #2 remove this from heat, stir in the all remaining ingredients except cilantro.
  • Step #3 Cover, let this stand 10 mins.
  • Step #4 To serve, fluff with a fork.
  • Step #5 Garnish each serving with a cilantro sprig.
  • Step #6 Makes 8 servings.
