Carob Coriolanus Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 1/4 c Dates; pitted
  • 2 tb sliced walnuts
  • 1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 c Water
  • 1 c Black mission figs
  • 1 tb Carob powder

Directions
  • Step #1 Soak the black figs for 2 hrs in the 1/2 c water.
  • Step #2 Soak the dates in 1/8 c water for 2 hrs.
  • Step #3 mixs all the ingredients, except the wamnuts, in a mixer at medium speed until thick & creamy.
  • Step #4 pour this into small dessert c & Sprinkle top with the walnuts.
  • Step #5 put in the fridge until you are ready to serve it.
  • Step #6 It can be kept tightly covered in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days.
