  • 3 tb Olive oil
  • Garnish: fresh basil sprigs

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds.
  • Step #2 Whisk oil & next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; add cabbage and next 3 ingredients & toss.
