Carrot-apple-beet Juice (the Red Roar) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 tb Single cream
  • Salt
  • 1/2 pt Orange juice;
  • Schwartz Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 md Onions - sliced
  • 1 lb Carrots - peeled & sliced;
  • 2 oz Butter;
  • 1 1/2 pt Chicken stock;
  • 2 ts Schwartz Ground Coriander
  • 1 ts Schwartz Coriander Leaf

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt the butter in a large pan & fry the onions until very soft.
  • Step #2 Add the carrots & fry for another min or two.
  • Step #3 stir in the the stock, orange juice & Ground Coriander & let simmer covered for 40 - 50 mins or until the carrots are very tender.
  • Step #4 Liquidise the soup, Spice up to taste & serve garnished with swirls of cream & a sprinkling of Coriander Leaf.
