• 6 Sticks celery
• 2 Ripe bananas
• 50 g Sunflower seeds or melon seeds;
• Freshly ground black pepper

• Step #1 Mash the bananas & work in the vinegar, garlic & pepper.
• Step #2 This will make the dressing.
• Step #3 Slice the celery.
• Step #4 Divide the salad between four small bowls.
• Step #5 Pour on the dressing & Sprinkle top the sunflower or melon seeds and sultanas over the top.
