Ceviche De Pescado Blanco Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz Lime juice
  • 1 lb Fish filets
  • 1 Oregano to taste
  • 2 Med tomatoes, finely sliced
  • 20 Capers
  • 1/8 ts Cumin
  • 1 Large onion, finely sliced
  • 30 Pitted green olives
  • 1 Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c Fresh coriander, sliced
  • 1/4 c Olive oil
  • 1 Small jalapeno pepper, chopt

Directions
  • Step #1 Yield: 6 Marinate fish in lime juice for 4 to 5 hrs, until fish turns white.
  • Step #2 Drain; mix with all other ingredients.
  • Step #3 Serve chilled.
