Ingredients
8 oz Lime juice
1 lb Fish filets
1 Oregano to taste
2 Med tomatoes, finely sliced
20 Capers
1/8 ts Cumin
1 Large onion, finely sliced
30 Pitted green olives
1 Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c Fresh coriander, sliced
1/4 c Olive oil
1 Small jalapeno pepper, chopt
Directions
Step #1 Yield: 6 Marinate fish in lime juice for 4 to 5 hrs, until fish turns white.
Step #2 Drain; mix with all other ingredients.
Step #3 Serve chilled.
