Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #2 Grease cookie sheets.
Step #3 In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter & vanilla.
Step #4 Mix in sugar & egg until well mixed.
Step #5 Combine the flour, cocoa & baking soda; Stir into the peanut butter mixture.
Step #6 Add the cut-up chocolate & peanuts.
Step #7 Stir well.
Step #8 Wet hands with cold water & roll tsp sized amounts of dough into balls.
Step #9 Flatten balls slightly & place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
Step #10 Bake for 12 mins.
Step #11 Transfer to wire racks to cool.
