Ingredients
  • 1 ts Kosher salt
  • 1 c Yogurt
  • 1 tb Baking powder
  • 1/4 c sliced scallions
  • 1/4 c Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c sliced fresh parsley
  • 2 c All-purpose flour
  • 1 tb Italian Spice uping

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 425.
  • Step #2 mix flour, parsley, salt, baking powder & Italian Spice uping, scallions & cheese.
  • Step #3 Add yogurt to mixture.
  • Step #4 Stir just until ingredients are lightly mixed & hold together.
  • Step #5 (do not overmix!) On lightly floured board, knead dough a few times until smooth.
  • Step #6 Pat into 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Step #7 Cut 3 inch round circles & place on buttered baking dish.
  • Step #8 Bake 15 mins or until biscuits are lightly browned.
  • Step #9 Serve hot.
  • Step #10 Approximately 8-20 mins.
