Ingredients
  • 1 pk Sargento shredded colby cheese
  • 8 Russet potatoes; washed and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 ts Dried basil leaves
  • 1 c Sour cream
  • 1/2 ts Black pepper
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Ground thyme
  • 2 Jars fat-free turkey gravy

Directions
  • Step #1 PROCEDURE: 1.
  • Step #2 In a medium sauce pan, over med-heat/flame mix the gravy & sour cream.
  • Step #3 Add the salt, pepper & herbs & heat through.

  • Step #5 Add the potatoes & turn off the heat.
  • Step #6 stir this to mix thoroughly.
  • Step #7 Transfer to a casserole dish & arrange potatoes to look attractive.
  • Step #8 Cover & bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hr & 15 mins.
  • Step #9 Uncover & continue baking, uncovered for approximately 20 mins or until golden brown on top.
  • Step #10 allow this to cool 10 mins & serve this with beef, pork or poultry.
