Cheese Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cn Cheddar cheese soup; undiluted
  • 3 c Biscuit mix
  • 1 sm Onion; finely sliced
  • 1 lb Mild bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 c Water

Directions
  • Step #1 Crumble sausage into a large skillet; add onion & cook over medium heat until sausage is browned.
  • Step #2 Drain well on paper towels.
  • Step #3 mix all ingredients, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Step #4 Drop batter by heaping tbspfuls about 2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets.
  • Step #5 bake this at 425F degrees for 15 mins or until lightly browned.
