Chef Bill Hahne's Chocolate-ameretto Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ea Egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 c Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c Amaretto
  • 1 ea Stick butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Cream butter & sugar over med-heat/flame until all butter absorbed.
  • Step #2 Remove & mix in egg yolk.
  • Step #3 Pour in amaretto, slowly to taste, stirring constantly.
  • Step #4 Serve warm over bread pudding.
