Cherry/cranberry/cinnamon Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 ts Margarine
  • 8 Vanilla Wafer Cookies; Coarsely Crushed
  • 2 tb sliced Pecans
  • 1/2 ts Ground Cinnamon
  • 20 oz Cherry Pie Filling; Reduced Calorie
  • 32 oz Vanilla Low-Fat Yogurt

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt margarine in a small skillet over low heat/flame; add pecans, & cook 3 miinutes or unitl toasted, stirring frequently.
  • Step #2 remove this from heat; stir in the vanilla wafers & cinnamon.
  • Step #3 Set aside.
  • Step #4 Spoon 2 tbsps pie filling into each of the 8 parfait glasses; top each with 1/4 c yogurt & 1 1/2 tsps crumb mixture.
  • Step #5 Repeat layers.
  • Step #6 Serve as soon as possible.
