Dilled Corn And Peas Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 small sweet red pepper, julienned
  • 2 1/2 c fresh or frozen sugar snap peas
  • 1 tsp minced fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 c fresh or frozen corn
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c water

Directions
  • Step #1 Place peas, corn, red pepper & water in saucepan; cover & cook over high heat for 2-4 mins or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Step #2 Drain.
  • Step #3 Add butter, dill, salt if desired & pepper; toss to coat.
  • Step #4 .
