3/4 c "sun-dried" tomatoes; cut in bite-sized pieces
1 c Roman/parmesan cheese; shredded
1/4 ts Red pepper flakes ;
2 c Broccoli; cut in bite-sized pieces
3 tb Olive oil
1 Onion; sliced
1 pk Pasta; cooked, [reserve 1 c of liquid in case the mixture gets too thick]
3 Cloves garlic; sliced
Directions
Step #1 In a wok type pan or large fry pan over med-high heat, mix the first 5 ingredients Stir fry until onions are translucent Add tomatoes, chicken & cheese - stir this together Add noodles, toss & serve.
