Chicken Burritos Recipe

Ingredients
  • 350 g Minced chicken;
  • 1 Red chilli
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan cheese;
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tb sliced sage
  • 4 sl Parma ham
  • 1 lg Onion; sliced & cooked
  • 50 g Fresh white breadcrumbs;

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixing bowl, chilli, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, sage, mix the chicken, cooked onions & mix well & Spice up.
  • Step #2 Take 2 pieces of ham & lay over each other in cross.
  • Step #3 Take around 170g(6oz)of the chicken mix & pat into a burger shape, placing in the middle of the cross, fold the pieces of ham over into a parcel shape.
  • Step #4 Cook for 10-12 mins on a well heated oiled griddle pan.
  • Step #5 To make the chips that AWT cooks with the chicken burger.
  • Step #6 Cut the peeled potatoes into strips & cook them in oil at 170?C/300?F/gas mark 2 to soften them & then turn up the heat to 190?C/375?F/gas mark 5 & cook this until crispy.
