Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ts Schwartz Ground Fenugreek
  • 1/2 ts Schwartz Turmeric
  • 1/2 ts Schwartz Garlic Granules
  • 2 oz Creamed coconut- crumbled;
  • 1 lb Chicken breast - skinned and sliced;
  • 1 pn Schwartz Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tb Cooking oil
  • 1 ts Schwartz Ground Coriander
  • 1/2 pt Boiling water;
  • 1/2 ts Schwartz Garam Masala
  • 1/2 ts Schwartz Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 A lemon; Juice of
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 ts Schwartz Ground Cumin
  • 1 md Onion - sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Toss the chicken in lemon juice & the first seven spices.
  • Step #2 Heat the oil in a large pan & fry the onion until soft.
  • Step #3 Add the chicken and brown.
  • Step #4 stir in the the water, creamed coconut & let simmer for 20 mins uncovered.
  • Step #5 stir in the the Garam Masala, Spice up to taste & serve.
