Directions
Step #1 Heat 3 tbsps of the oil in a large ridged griddle pan until very hot, sear both sides of the polenta for 1 min each then turn the heat down slightly & continue to cook for 5 mins on each side.
Step #2 Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan & cook the red and green peppers until softened.
Step #3 Remove them from the pan & keep warm.
Step #4 Add the chicken livers & cook for 5-7 mins or until cooked through, adding the garlic & sage for the last min.
Step #5 Remove the chicken livers from the pan & arrange with the peppers, garlic & sage on top of the polenta.
