Cream Of Spinach Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 3 c milk
  • 1/4 c all-purpose flour
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen sliced spinach
  • 1 1/2 c water
  • 3 tbsps butter

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium saucepan, bouillon, mix water, & spinach.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil, & cook this until spinach is tender.
  • Step #3 Melt butter in a large saucepan over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #4 Stir in flour, & cook for 2 mins.
  • Step #5 Gradually whisk in milk.
  • Step #6 Spice up with minced onion, salt, & pepper.
  • Step #7 Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  • Step #8 Stir in spinach mixture.
