Chicken, Camembert, Grape And Bacon Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c Dry white wine
  • 3 lg Skinless boneless chicken breast halves; cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick strips
  • 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 lb Fusilli or other corkscrew pasta
  • 1 c Canned low-salt chicken broth
  • 1 c Whipping cream
  • 5 c Broccoli florets;
  • 1/4 c Olive oil
  • 3 tb sliced garlic;

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook broccoli in large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 4 mins.
  • Step #2 Using slotted spoon, transfer broccoli to large bowl.
  • Step #3 Add fusilli to same pot & cook this until just tender but still firm to bite.
  • Step #4 Drain pasta.
  • Step #5 Meanwhile, heat oil in heavy large skillet over high heat.
  • Step #6 Add garlic & chicken & saute until chicken is just cooked through, about 3 mins.
  • Step #7 Using slotted spoon, transfer chicken to bowl with broccoli.
  • Step #8 Add wine, broth & cream to skillet & boil until sauce thickens slightly, about 8 mins.
  • Step #9 Add pasta, broccoli, chicken & cheese to sauce & toss until mixture is heated through & coated evenly with sauce.
  • Step #10 Serves 6.
