Ingredients
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 lg Tomatoes
  • 10 Chiles guajillos; seeds and membranes removed .
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c Water

Directions
  • Step #1 On a comal or in an iron skillet, tomatoes, garlic, toast the chiles, and tomatoes In a mixer puree the chiles, & garlic.
  • Step #2 Taste & correct the Spice uping with salt.
  • Step #3 Add any extra water until you get a semi liquid paste.
  • Step #4 Here is another simple yet very tasty salsa.
  • Step #5 It does wonderful things for barbecued chicken & beef, lazy day this summer, so on some hot, break out the grill & give it a try!.
