Chilean Sea Bass And Oolong Tea Roulade Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c Radishes; Thinly Sliced
  • 2 tb sliced Fresh Parsley
  • 1/8 ts Minced Garlic
  • 2 ts Anchovy Paste
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper; Halved And Sliced
  • 2 1/2 tb Lemon Juice
  • 2 1/2 c Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 ts Olive Oil

Directions
  • Step #1 mix first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, & stir well.
  • Step #2 Steam cauliflower, covered, 1 1/2 mins or until crisp-tender.
  • Step #3 Rinse cauliflower under cold water; drain well.
  • Step #4 mix cauliflower, radishes, & jalapeno in a bowl; toss with lemon juice mixture.
