Ingredients
  • 2 Cloves Garlic; mashed
  • 2 4 Oz Cans sliced Green Chilies
  • 1/4 c sliced Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 15 Oz Can Small White Beans
  • sliced Green Onion; Nonfat Sour Cream
  • 1 28 Oz Can sliced Or Whole Tomatoes
  • 1 ts Cumin
  • 1/2 ts Chili Powder
  • Salt & Pepper; to taste
  • & Shredded Nonfat Cheddar Cheese; for garnish
  • 1 md Onion; sliced
  • 1 15 Oz Can Black Beans; drained/rinsed

Directions
  • Step #1 Sweat onions, garlic & bell pepper in a large pot.
  • Step #2 add in the remaining ingredients except garnish & let simmer for at least 30 mins.
  • Step #3 Garnish with sliced green onion, nonfat sour cream & shredded nonfat cheddar cheese.
  • Step #4 Per serving: 143 calories 1.
  • Step #5 18g total fat 0.
  • Step #6 146g saturated fat.
