Step #1 Brush the tortillas lightly on one side with the oil.
Step #2 In a small bowl mix well the chili powder, Sprinkle top the mixture over the tortillas, & the oregano, the salt, & scatter the Monterey Jack on top.
Step #3 Cut each tortilla into fourths with a pizza wheel or sharp knife, arrange the wedges on 2 large baking sheets, & bake them in a preheated 400F.
Step #4 oven for 12 to 15 mins, or until they are golden & crisp.
