Ingredients
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1 md Green bell pepper; sliced
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 2 tb Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 ts Black pepper
  • 1 pt Cherry tomatoes; quartered
  • 1/4 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb Sharp white Cheddar cheese; sliced
  • 2 md Zucchini; cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 1 md Onion; sliced
  • 1 ts Dried dillweed
  • 1/2 ts Garlic powder

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, mix the zucchini, onion, green pepper, tomatoes, & cheese; mix well.
  • Step #2 In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Step #3 Add the mayonnaise mixture to the tomato mixture & toss until well coated.
  • Step #4 Cover & chill for at least 2 hrs, or until ready to serve.
