Ingredients
  • Fresh minced parsley
  • 1 Lemon; Juice of
  • 1 ts Celery salt
  • 2 c Plain yogurt
  • 3 lb Ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 c Chicken broth
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1/2 c Grated Swiss cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Puree tomatoes in processor until smooth.
  • Step #2 Add yogurt, celery salt, garlic, lemon juice, cheese, salt & pepper & chicken broth.
  • Step #3 Process until smooth & well mixed.
  • Step #4 Chill until ready to serve.
  • Step #5 To serve, garnish with minced parsley.
  • Step #6 Approximately 8-10 mins.
