Step #1 Place the chilli powder, sugar, paprika & salt in a bowl & mix together.
Step #2 Using rubber gloves, rub this mixture over the surface of the chicken pieces & set aside for 1 hr.
Step #3 Mix the barbecue & tomato sauces, orange juice & soy sauce together.
Step #4 Heat the barbecue or grill & begin to cook the chicken, turning frequently.
Step #5 When half cooked, brush generously with sauce mixture.
Step #6 Brush again when the chicken pieces are cooked through, just before serving.
Step #7 Serve remaining sauce with chicken if desired.
