Chilli-glazed Salmon With Crispy Tempura Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1 inch Squar Fresh Root Ginger
  • 4 200 g Fillet Sea Bass;
  • 1 ts Curry Powde
  • 1 pk Unsalted Peanuts
  • 6 Red Chillies
  • 1 Dsp Rice Vinegar
  • 200 g Rice Noodles
  • 100 ml Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tb Oyster Sauce
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 1 Dsp Honey

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Shred & deseed the chilli, shred the spring onions & ginger.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Steam the Seabass on a butter wrapper with half of the ginger, spring onion & chilli for 10 mins.
  • Step #5 3.
  • Step #6 Prepare the sauce by mixing the 100ml of soy sauce with the honey & vinegar.
  • Step #7 Add the remainder of ginger, spring onion & chilli.
  • Step #8 4.
  • Step #9 Blanch the vermicelli (rice noodles) in boiling water with a little salt, refresh under cold water.
  • Step #10 5.
  • Step #11 Fry the noodles in a wok with the oyster sauce & crushed peanuts & add little curry powder.
  • Step #12 6.
  • Step #13 Serve the steamed sea bass on a bed of the noodles with the shredded chilli & ginger etc & the sauce around.
