Chinese Pancake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c Soup stock
  • 1 Red bell pepper - seeded and sliced
  • 1 ts sliced garlic
  • 12 Snow peas
  • 12 md Raw shrimp with shell
  • 1 ts sliced ginger
  • 2 tb Oyster flavored sauce
  • 6 Chicken wing drumettes;
  • 3 c Cooked rice;
  • 1 tb Vegetable oil
  • 1 Onion - sliced
  • 4 Live mussels - scrubbed or 8 hard shell clams

Directions
  • Step #1 Directions: Remove shrimp legs, leaving shells & tails intact.
  • Step #2 Cut back of shrimp with scissors & rinse out sand & veins.
  • Step #3 Partially boil the mussels or clams until they just open.
  • Step #4 Remove & drain well.
  • Step #5 Place wok over high heat until hot.
  • Step #6 Add oil & swirl.
  • Step #7 Add garlic, ginger, & onion.
  • Step #8 Cook & stir until onion is soft and translucent.
  • Step #9 Add chicken & cook or 3 mins.
  • Step #10 Remove chicken and set aside.
  • Step #11 Add bell pepper & snow peas & cook for one min.
  • Step #12 Add rice, stock, & oyster sauce.
  • Step #13 stir this to mix.
  • Step #14 Arrange chicken and shrimp on top of rice.
  • Step #15 Reduce heat, cover & let simmer for 18-20 mins until liquid is absorbed.
