Chicken In Every Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 2 c baking mix
  • 1 1/4 c milk
  • 1 1/2 c chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c frozen green peas
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 c cubed, cooked chicken meat
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions
  • Step #1 In a saucepan mix chicken, peas, soup, broth, carrots, salt & pepper.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #3 Meanwhile, mix biscuit mix, milk.
  • Step #4 garlic powder & celery seed (mixture will be thin).
  • Step #5 Pour hot chicken mixture into 9x13 greased oven proof dish.
  • Step #6 Immediately spoon biscuit mixture evenly over the top of chicken mixture.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top with paprika.
  • Step #8 Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30-35 mins or until topping is golden brown.
